Since molly is 10 months old, she is not clear on her musical tastes. We did establish last night that when Momma sings, she smiles. When daddy sings, she frowns. So she must have some idea of what sounds good.
My Dad bought this CD, Down at the Sea Hotel. I'm a big fan of this and play it at night before bedtime. Molly hasn't noticed it so much just yet, but it makes Momma relax!
I also just got this CD, Catch the Moon. Here is a video of Elizabeth Mitchell from the CD.
It is very mellow, but simple enough that little kids can sing along. Just as long as Daddy doesn't sing along, we're all smiles!
